1. About This site is operated by Ella Jangl ("I," "me"), a Montreal-based visual artist, for the sale of original paintings and related work.

2. Products & descriptions I make every effort to represent each painting accurately in photos, video, and written description, including dimensions and, where relevant, framing. Colour may vary slightly depending on your screen. Each piece is an original, hand-painted work — I do not sell prints or reproductions unless explicitly listed as such.

3. Pricing & payment Prices are listed in CAD and do not include shipping or delivery unless stated. Payment is due in full at time of purchase, whether through the online checkout or an arranged cash sale.

4. Intellectual property I retain full copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork sold through this site. Purchase of a painting transfers ownership of the physical piece only — it does not grant the right to reproduce, print, or commercially use the image without my written permission.

5. Order acceptance I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or a piece becoming unavailable after purchase (e.g. already sold through the gallery). If this happens, you'll be notified and fully refunded for that order.

6. Delivery & risk Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery (courier confirmation, or hand-off for personal/local delivery). See the Shipping Policy for damage claims.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any artwork purchased through this site.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
